Supporting the Student Support Manager and acting as deputy safeguarding lead to ensure that young and vulnerable learners in the College are protected from harm Providing training, safeguarding support and advice to staff and students Assisting the Student Support Manager in the main areas of student support, including well-being and mental health support, financial support, disciplinaries, student voice activities and events and staff training Leading on HE support across HRUC Acting as Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Qualifications We are seeking a candidate who has a strong commitment to supporting students and the ability to communicate with and relate to a diverse range of people. You should have experience working with students in an educational support setting, good knowledge and experience of handling Safeguarding cases and student disciplinary issues.
