Location: M22 Area, Manchester

Salary/Rate: From £28,000/year

Deputy Nursery Manager Location: M22 Area Salary: From £28,000 (DOE) Hours: 40 hours per week across 5 days (07:00–18:00 shifts)

Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join one of their larger settings in the M22 area.

This Deputy Nursery Manager role is ideal for a strong Early Years practitioner ready to step into leadership while still remaining hands-on within the room.

The Role:

* Support the day-to-day running of the setting alongside senior leadership

* Work within the preschool room for part of the week

* Lead by example to maintain high standards of care and education

* Support staff development, performance, and wellbeing

* Assist with the smooth operational running of the nursery

What We’re Looking For:

* QTS or Level 3 Early Years qualification with strong experience

* Previous senior experience or leadership within a nursery setting

* A proactive, positive approach to team leadership and development
