Deputy Manager (Nursing Home)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Newport, Wales
Hours: 40 hours
A well-established nursing home in Newport is seeking a Deputy Manager (Nursing). Experienced Clinical Leads looking to step up will also be considered.
As a Deputy Manager (Nursing), you will support the Home Manager, lead the care team, and ensure high clinical standards and compliance across the service.
Deputy Manager Duties:
* Support day-to-day running of the home
* Lead and develop nursing and care staff
* Oversee care planning and clinical standards
* Ensure CIW and safeguarding compliance
Deputy Manager Requirements:
* RGN with valid NMC pin
* Experience as a Deputy Manager (Nursing), Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
* Nursing home experience essential
* Strong clinical and leadership skills
