Job Description We understand that success is achieved through our people, and we are searching for a committed and passionate Deputy Manager to join our growing business. \n As Deputy Manager you will work in collaboration with the Store Manager to maximise profit, lead the team, deliver a seamless operation and ensure the success of our store. \n Play an active role in all areas of store performance, reviewing sales, operations, and digital performance weekly to identify priorities and drive actions to improve results.
\n Create a culture of sell a £, save a £ to maximise store sales and profit. \n Support the Store Manager with Talking Shop and work well with the Talking Shop representative. \n Take a proactive approach to upskilling the team using all available resources, development options, and on-the-job coaching to grow talent and improve capability.
\n Manage the team effectively using performance processes and continuous conversations. \n \n Ensure a store walk is completed daily to focus on what the customer sees and take relevant action. \n Role model a proactive approach to service, both in-store and at the doorstep, always aiming to be the best place to shop.
