Location: Gloucester
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000
Hours: 40 per week, Mon–Fri (9–5) with occasional weekends and on-call duties
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a solo or multibed children’s home in Gloucester. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership career in a growing organisation supporting young people with SEMH and learning disabilities.

Experience managing or supervising staff in a care setting
