Deputy Home ManagerWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with regulatory standards and best practice. You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.In this Deputy Home Manager role, you will take responsibility for clinical governance and support the day-to-day running of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
