As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our care home:

Lead the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care for residents. Regularly review residents' needs and maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards. Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and assume full responsibility in their absence. Induct new team members and supervise existing staff. Conduct care audits and ensure person-centred care plans. Monitor, report, and investigate safeguarding concerns and risks.

Experience leading a team of care assistants and Registered Nurses. Registered nurse experience with an active NMC pin. QCF Level 3 diploma or above in Health and Social Care. Good knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry and regulatory frameworks. Availability to work 42 hours, including alternate weekends.
