Hourly Rate: £16.41 - £19.49 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) + sleep ins Shifts: 3pm 11pm, 10am 11pm, sleep ins. 6 week rolling rota for stability

We are looking for a compassionate and driven Deputy Home Manager to join our 4-bed childrens Home in Bracknell to support the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care to our young people, ensuring the home provides a safe, stable and nurturing environment where young people feel supported and valued.
