The Opportunity

This role supports a nationally significant research and development centre, known for its partnerships with major players in the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors. You’ll be advising on complex commercial contracts that underpin cutting-edge innovation and technology development.

In addition to supporting the research centre, you’ll also contribute to a wider portfolio of legal work across the organisation, offering variety and intellectual challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, R&D contracts, IPR licences, and construction-related contracts Advising on legal risk and contract structuring in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
