Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key part in the smooth running of the entire operation. The successful candidate will be hands-on, commercially aware and confident leading from the front. Previous experience within a country inn, pub with rooms or small hotel environment would be highly advantageous.

As Restaurant Manager you will: Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team Ensure exceptional service standards are delivered consistently Manage reservations, service flow and guest experience Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service Monitor stock, ordering and operational organisation Handle guest feedback professionally and effectively This role would suit a strong Restaurant Manager seeking a lifestyle move within a scenic Cumbrian setting.
