Deputy General Manager - £50k - London B&I My client is an award winning contract caterer that focus on providing great food and service to customers within the high end foodservice sector. We are supporting them in the recruitment of a strong DGM to help lead within one of their key, premium B&I contracts in the city. This role ideally requires individuals with exposure across both hospitality and retail sectors.

To manage the day to day relationship with the client and stakeholders within With the support of the GM and wider senior team deliver an excellent, innovative food offer across the business Real focus on guest experience, bespoke food innovation, client management Ensure all legal H&S and company policies are up to date and completed To complete all tasks to their time schedules including the monthly analysis of figures reported to the client To ensure all budgets are managed in line with the client’s requirements Working closely with the Exec head chef to ensure a smooth-running food operation across retail and hospitality Oversight of hosp manager in the service of premium hospitality Fine dining, canapes, banqueting To compile the monthly accounts and client report Monday – Friday hours with some evening work required
