The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance in line with Ofsted requirements. You will help lead, supervise, and develop the staff team while contributing to a safe, nurturing environment for young people.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in a senior role within children’s residential care
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – Level 5 desirable or working towards
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
* Experience supporting or leading shifts within a residential children’s home
