The team at The Terrace have a great opportunity for a passionate and hands on person to join the home as Deputy Manager.

What youll do Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality pastoral care. You will focus on residents with complex needs, so its vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures.

Who you are As a proven line manager in a care home setting, you will be keen to develop your leadership skills and knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.

Where you'll work At The Terrace we deliver quality care for older people in character surroundings. We provide residential, respite and day care and can also care for people with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia, as well as physical disabilities. We also have a new specialist dementia suite on the first floor, which provides the very latest care for residents living with dementia. Find out morehere. We also provide day care older, local people who still live in their own homes, perhaps with family carers, but who like to have a little extra support, whether with their care, or simply some extra social stimulation. Hours are flexible, so guests can come as often as they wish, and they enjoy full access to the activities, meals and support services as our residents do.
