Making the most of the hotels access to fresh, locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients
Gaining invaluable culinary knowledge from the more senior chefs in the kitchen
Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary skillset
Showcasing outstanding communication skills and working well alongside others
Using top-of-the-range kitchen equipment and fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you will be creating a variety of stunning yet sustainable Cornish seafood dishes.
