Our client holds the licensing rights to the world's most recognizable brand. They are experiencing rapid growth, having doubled in size, with plans to continue expanding. Role Profile

As the Demand Planner, you will develop detailed style demand plans, forecasts, and financial projections used by the Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Supply Planning teams to drive critical business processes. You will base style forecasts on merchandising plans, statistical inputs, and historical trends aligned with inventory profitability goals.

• Develop, integrate, and provide forecasts for internal operations and external factories and vendors.
• Address forecast variances and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Analyze demand information and market performance through statistical analysis and data-driven decision tools.
• Support decision-making by compiling and utilizing relevant data and reports.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to set, review, reconcile, and execute demand, sourcing, and supply plans.
• Create visibility of change requests and recommend process improvements.
• Support process management to ensure timely and accurate information and procedures.
• Provide demand and production insights to the wider Operations team across factory/vendor bases.
