Demand Planner

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and turning insights into action? We’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our client's Supply Chain team in West Lothian. This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting of customer demand, aligning supply with business growth, and supporting customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and maintain a rolling forecast across UK & International Markets Analyse historical sales, market trends, promotional activity, and new product introductions. Lead monthly demand review meetings as part of the S&OP process. Monitor forecast accuracy, identify risks/opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, Procurement, Finance, and NPI teams. Support inventory optimisation by aligning supply with forecasted demand. Maintain and improve forecasting models, processes, and tools. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the business

What we’re looking for:

Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or similar. 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics. Strong background in FMCG, retail, spirits, or manufacturing (). Experience using forecasting systems and supporting the S&OP process. Advanced Excel skills and confidence with large datasets. Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
