Demand Generation Manager (Multi-Brand Ecommerce)

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating at every level: setting strategy, prioritising the highest-return opportunities, building campaigns, analysing results, improving creative, and getting things done in a lean environment. Core Objective
Own and improve the main marketing levers that drive revenue growth across multiple operating companies, with particular focus on: Amazon conversion paid social revenue customer reactivation and repeat purchase improved content and merchandising across key channels
Key Responsibilities 1) Lifecycle marketing and customer re-engagement
Own database marketing across multiple brands using Klaviyo Build and optimise campaigns, automations, flows and segments Re-engage existing customers and improve repeat order performance Increase revenue from owned customer lists through better timing, messaging, offers and segmentation Develop lifecycle journeys including welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back and VIP/repeat customer flows
2) Revenue‑generating content and social activity
Plan and create commercially effective content for Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and other relevant platforms Manage social posting across multiple brands with a strong focus on content that supports revenue, not vanity metrics Develop content for launches, offers, seasonal moments, hero products and customer retention Work with outsourced or internal design support where needed, while remaining accountable for output and performance
3) Paid media
Create, manage and optimise ads across Meta and other relevant social channels Contribute to or manage Google Ads and YouTube activity where commercially appropriate Test audiences, creative, hooks, messaging and offers to improve revenue performance Monitor spend and results, reallocating effort and budget toward the best‑performing activity Opportunity to take ownership of our Amazon PPC accounts depending on experience and skillset.
4) Amazon brand growth
Manage and improve Amazon Brand Stores across relevant businesses Develop and roll out Amazon A+ Content with a clear focus on conversion improvement Keep Amazon storefront content aligned with launches, priorities and seasonal opportunities Identify content, merchandising and conversion opportunities across product pages and brand stores
5) Shopify and onsite commercial input
Support demand generation across Shopify stores through campaign alignment, SEO optimisation, merchandising input and conversion‑focused content Help improve landing pages, product messaging, offers, bundles and customer journeys where relevant Ensure channel activity is joined up across email, paid, organic social and onsite execution
6) Commercial reporting and prioritisation
Track the performance of key demand generation activity across brands Report clearly on revenue impact, wins, losses and next actions Prioritise time and resource toward the biggest immediate revenue opportunities Build a practical testing roadmap rather than spreading effort too thinly across too many channels
What Success Looks Like
Revenue growth across the group Improved Amazon conversion through better Brand Stores and A+ content Increased repeat purchase and reactivation revenue from Klaviyo Better prioritisation of marketing effort across multiple businesses Reduced founder involvement in day‑to‑day channel execution because the role is genuinely owned

Amazon conversion improvement A+ content rollout and conversion uplift repeat purchase rate reactivation / win‑back revenue paid social revenue return on ad spend / efficiency by channel campaign contribution by brand performance of key launches, offers and seasonal activity
Candidate Profile
experienced yet remaining highly hands‑on commercially minded comfortable owning outcomes rather than just completing tasks able to work across multiple brands and priorities confident switching between strategy and execution motivated by revenue impact more than marketing theatre
Required Experience
Strong ecommerce marketing experience in a hands‑on growth, demand generation, lifecycle or performance role Solid experience with Klaviyo including campaigns, flows, segmentation and reporting Experience creating and managing paid social campaigns Strong commercial content instincts and paid content across social and ecommerce Experience with Amazon Brand Stores and A+ Content Experience working across Shopify or DTC ecommerce environments Strong analytical ability and confidence using data to prioritise actions Ability to work independently in a lean team with limited support YouTube campaign experience Marketplace and DTC experience within the same business Experience across multiple brands or product categories Experience managing freelancers or outsourced creative support Ability to improve landing pages or merchandising without needing a large internal team
