Demand Analyst: Join a Leading Manufacturing Business in Cambridge!\n\nAre you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker ready to make a significant impact on a leading horticulture business? We are looking for a Demand Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in Cambridge.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing forecasts, supporting efficient production planning, and ensuring our innovative gardening products are delivered cost-effectively.\n\n The Role: What You'll Do\n\nAs our Demand Analyst, you will manage a defined forecast area, working closely with Sales, Production, and Inbound Supply teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities Include:\n\nOwn the forecast for a defined division, collaborating with Sales to build a robust demand plan.\n\nSupport the planning of approximately 2,400 finished goods SKUs and the purchasing of around 4,500 raw material and packaging SKUs. \n\nProvide accurate reporting and insights to inform production and purchasing decisions.\n\nAssist with stock balancing between warehouses , KPI reporting , and system/SKU management (BOMs, NPD phase-in/out).\n\nSupport Production Planners and the Inbound Supply Team with PO management, capacity reporting, and supply chain projects.\n\n What You'll Bring\n\nWe are looking for a collaborative , adaptable , and solution-oriented individual with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.\n\nRequired Experience & Knowledge:\n\nExperience in forecasting / demand planning, ideally within a seasonal business.\n\nExcellent Excel skills and commercial awareness.\n\nUnderstanding of MRP / ERP systems.\n\nExpertise in stock management.\n\nA logical thinker, able to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDesirable:\n\nBroader supply chain experience (e.g., production planning, buying, inbound supply).\n\nKnowledge of NPD (New Product Development) processes.\n\nWhy Join?\n\nJoin a leading UK horticulture business, known for innovative gardening products and sustainable practices.\n\nBe part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.\n\nOpportunity to contribute to a leading brand at the forefront of innovation.\n\nExcellent career development and growth opportunities within supply chain and operations.\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits.\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
