What will you be doing?

Are you ready to lead, innovate, and make an impact in the energy sector? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to manage service delivery and drive operational excellence across our key contracts.

As the Delivery Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Drive Growth: Identify and develop new opportunities through strong business relationships.
  
• Lead Delivery: Oversee services and contracts, ensuring top performance, safety, quality, and profitability.
  
• Shape Success: Support tender and bid preparation for exciting new projects.
  
• Build Partnerships: Liaise with clients to foster long-term, constructive relationships.
  
• Set Standards: Develop site-specific policies aligned with our values and client needs.
  
• Empower Teams: Manage and develop staff, creating a positive culture and strong retention.
  
• Monitor & Report: Deliver monthly performance reports, highlighting compliance, risks, and opportunities.
  
• Champion Safety: Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety through proactive management.
  
• Control Budgets: Manage contract finances effectively.
  
• Investigate & Improve: Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  
• Stay Accountable: Report P&L performance and recover WIP within agreed timescales.
  
• Plan Ahead: Prepare risk assessments and method statements as required.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Commercial acumen with experience in budget control and contract delivery.
  
• Leadership ability to inspire and develop teams.
  
• Technical awareness of energy systems and compliance frameworks.
  
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, NEBOSH) and experience in energy projects.
