Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Testers, Product Managers, and User Researchers, to drive successful project outcomes. Manage sprints, roadmaps, and backlogs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Identify and remove blockers to improve team efficiency and project progress. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring best practices in agile delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders across government departments and external suppliers. Oversee project governance, risk management, and reporting to key stakeholders. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in a GDS-aligned environment. Strong Software Development or Testing background, with a solid understanding of development lifecycles. Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and agile coaching.
