A leading UK-based retailer is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to support a major transformation programme focused on improving business efficiency, with a particular emphasis on stock and supply processes. This is a strategic delivery role requiring someone highly consultative, with a strong understanding of the complexities and dependencies in stock planning - particularly in relation to seasonal fluctuation and operational scalability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the scoping, shaping, and delivery of key workstreams focused on stock and supply process transformation
  • Drive effective governance, cross-functional alignment, and clear decision-making
  • Manage a wide network of stakeholders and interdependencies across business and tech teams
  • Ensure smooth change management and clear communication to enable adoption
  • Play a hands-on role in identifying gaps, defining solutions, and implementing process change


About You

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Programme Manager in retail or supply chain environments
  • Strong knowledge of stock processes and seasonal retail dynamics
  • Comfortable navigating complex programmes with many moving parts and competing priorities
  • Consultative approach - able to challenge, advise, and guide business stakeholders
  • Skilled in governance, stakeholder management, and driving outcomes in ambiguous environments
