You don't need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving License; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Shifts for Delivery Driver :
06:00 to 14:00
12:30 to 21:00 or until the run is finished
Pay :
£13.23 per hour
Paid weekly
Main Duties of Delivery Driver :
Delivery and Installation : Safely transport furniture from warehouse to customers homes or offices. This includes loading and unloading items (some items weigh up to 120kg - you will be delivering with driver's mate).
Customer Service : Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the delivery process.
Route Planning : Plan daily delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service, taking into account traffic conditions and customer schedules.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
Inventory Management : Check client orders to ensure the correct items are loaded for delivery and maintain accurate records of deliveries made.
About You:
You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License
No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
Happy to drive a company issued vehicle (3.5 tonne van)
Be physically fit
Happy to cover South of the River and all over the South East from Canterbury to Slough.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the client's Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
