Senior DC Pensions Consultant

A leading pensions consultancy seeks an experienced DC pensions professional to join our national team in a senior role. The position involves working with high‑profile clients to deliver strategic advice on DC pension and workplace savings schemes.

The role

• Advising on DC scheme design, investment strategy, governance, communications, retirement support, provider selection and auto‑enrolment compliance
• Leading and attending client meetings and reviewing high‑quality advice prepared by colleagues
• Supporting business development through new client prospecting and expansion of existing relationships
• Representing the DC consulting practice at industry events and internal forums
• Mentoring, developing and supporting colleagues within the team

About you

• Extensive contract & trust based DC consulting experience
• Strong track record advising on the full DC lifecycle (design, investment, governance, communications and compliance)
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PMI, CII, IMC) and/or certification under SMCR
• Excellent client relationship, communication and project management skills
• A commercial mindset with enthusiasm for growing client relationships and new business
