Key Responsibilities

Perform daily walk-rounds to ensure the operational status of all plant and equipment Issue and manage Permit to Work (PTW), Authorisation to Work (ATW), Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), and dynamic risk assessments Act as an on-site escort for contractors and third-party vendors Respond to and resolve reactive faults, breakdowns, and emergency call-outs Conduct proactive maintenance and remedial works across electrical and mechanical systems Take meter readings and support energy efficiency initiatives Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities in line with contractual obligations Update and manage internal maintenance systems (e.g. CAFM) to track ass...
