Multi-Skilled Engineer - Day Shift

Location: Spalding area (commutable from Bourne, Deeping St James, Market Deeping, Crowland, Peterborough, Holbeach, Long Sutton, Pinchbeck, Sutton Bridge, Surfleet, Whittlesey)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver preventative maintenance to minimise downtime

Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment

Support upgrades, system changes, and process improvements

Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Recognised Level 3 engineering qualification

Previous maintenance experience (apprenticeship or similar)

Mechanical or electrical aptitude

Own transport

Desirable:

Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Team player, reliable, and proactive
