Were working with a well-established and growing organisation in Lytham St Annes thats expanding its Digital and IT function and is now looking for a Data & Insights Manager to join the team. This is a varied and rewarding role where youll take ownership of customer data, helping the business better understand its customers and deliver more personalised, engaging experiences.What youll be doingMaking sure customer data is collected accurately and consistently across all channelsManaging the flow of customer data between systems to ensure its secure, reliable, and accessibleCleaning and analysing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insightsCreating reports for CRM and Marketing teams to support segmentation and targeted campaignsWorking closely with technical teams to improve data integration and qualityBuilding dashboards and reports so stakeholders can easily track customer KPIsWhat were looking forExperience in a data, insights, analytics, or data management roleKnowledge of CRM and CDP platforms, ideally within a retail or customer-focused environmentStrong SQL skills and experience with segmentation and data modellingConfidence working with analytics and BI toolsA good understanding of data protection and privacy regulationsNice to have (but not essential): experience with Bloomreach CDP, A/B testing, or eCommerce platformsWhy this role?
