We’re working with a leading asset manager in London that’s looking to hire a Data Analyst to join their equity investment team. This role suits someone with strong analytical and coding skills, a solid grounding in maths/statistics, and a real interest in investing.

You’ll be working directly with investment professionals, helping to extract insight from unstructured datasets, including behavioural and consumer data, and supporting decision-making through wellbuilt tools and visualisations

The Role:

• • Analyse behavioural and alternative datasets relevant to listed equities
  • Build internal dashboards and tools for use by investors
  • Help translate unstructured data into clear, investment-relevant insights
  • Collaborate with quant researchers and portfolio managers
  • Support the ongoing development of the team’s data and analytics capability

You’ll Need:

• • A strong degree in maths, statistics, or a technical field
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience working with unstructured or behavioural datasets
  • Interest in public markets and investment decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and communicate insights clearly
  • Experience with data visualisation or dashboard tools is a plus
