The role covers hands on administration, development, customisation, and integration of Dynamics 365, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and securityConfigure and customise Dynamics 365 including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and business rulesDesign, build, and maintain integrations with internal and external systemsGather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutionsDevelop and manage web resources and custom componentsDesign and implement APIs using NodeJS within Azure environmentsManage backend data and integrations using MS SQL ServerExtend CRM functionality using Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI featuresProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvementsWork within Agile delivery, participating in sprints, stand ups, and ceremoniesEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong experience administering and developing Dynamics 365Hands on experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and configurationExperience building workflows, plugins, and integrationsSolid experience with Azure services and NodeJSStrong MS SQL Server skillsExperience using Power Platform and Power BIAgile delivery experienceStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDesirable ExperiencePublic sector or local government experienceExperience integrating Dynamics 365 with multiple enterprise systemsExposure to Microsoft AI or Copilot features*Rates depend on experience and client requirementsTPBN1_UKTJ
