We re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you ll be part of a friendly team that s dedicated to helping our customers. We ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do Friendly and thoughtful service you ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, support with tasks on the post office counter, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience Work together to make everyone's day better supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members Make sure the store safe and legal keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be Help introduce new products and services make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together Support your local community get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
