Closing date: 21-04-2026 Customer Team Member Location: Bridge Road , Kyle of Lochalsh, IV40 8BH Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 12-18 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: Shifts will fall between 10am and 6pm across 5 days, including at least 1 day at the weekend. We're happy to discuss your availabiity at interview. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
