Customer Success Manager - SAAS GEOPOLITICAL RISK REALTIME & PREDICTION AI TECH
Up to £36k base + 20% OTE
Role can be remote/hybrid/office based
*You must come from a client facing/commercial role, most ideal for SDRs with SaaS experience looking to move into a CSM role
This company sell a risk solution used for global aviation.
It predicts in real time (and also predicts) security risks - its an absolute need to have SaaS products.

Role
- This is a junior SaaS CSM role managing accounts, focused or airline and other Aeronautical focused clients
- Managing 30-40 accounts
- Focused on day 2 day client management & renewal
Requirements
- You must have at least 1 years client facing / B2B commercial experience best suited for those in SaaS looking to move into an SDR role
- Ideally an interest in the this space
- Have managed and renewed accounts
- Happy to occasionally come into the office
