* Receiving client in-bound client calls and taking requests for products and services, which will be processed in according to company guidelines.
* Handling client queries and requests for products information.
* Building strong and trusting client relationships to ensure loyalty and excellent client satisfaction.
* Process client requests for service and or consumable products.
* Manage Field Service workloads and planning to meet and exceed client Service Level Agreement times (SLAs)
* Use of company automated software for the collection of client data and information regarding meterage and technical information.
* Assisting with client billing including meterage, time and materials and minimum charges.
* Processing and production of client performance and service level reporting.
* Occasional client visits.
* Participation of various projects, which are required to help meet company targets and deadlines
* Assisting with the management of stock levels, spares, consumables and materials ensuring that all company processes and procedures are met.
* Ensuring all reporting processes are in pace and best practice is both followed and developed. We are looking for candidates who .
* Have a good standard of education and can formulate good client emails and client correspondence.
* Have a good customer care, client care background and who can liaise with people of all levels.
* Understand the importance of excellent client care.
* Have good IT skills particularly MS Word and Excel and be open to being trained in internal software packages, which will be used in the role.
