As a key part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You'll have a variety of tasks, from managing orders to maintaining accurate system data, all while helping uphold our high service standards.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and processing customer orders with precision. Preparing and issuing monthly invoices. Tracking and monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) data. Creating and distributing weekly feedback reports. Maintaining systems and master data, including customer records. Supporting the wider team with additional tasks as needed. What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant systems. Additional Information:
Salary: £24,150 per year Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8:3017:00 / 9:0017:30)
