Customer Service Consultant (Permanent, Full-Time)

We are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to deliver excellent service in a high street environment. This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and provides a professional experience across in-branch and digital channels.

The Role You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting transactions, understanding their needs, and offering guidance on products and services. You'll help ensure a smooth, consistent experience across all interactions while building trust and confidence with customers.
