KeyResponsibilities:
Provideworld-classcustomerserviceviaphone,email,socialmedia,andlivechat.
Ensurecustomersaresupportedefficientlyandeffectivelyateverytouchpoint.
Offerexperttechnicaladvicebeforepurchasetobuildcustomerconfidence.
Useourbespokeordermanagementsystemtocheckandconfirmorders,suggestingwaystomaximisesatisfaction.
Liaisewithmanufacturersandcustomerstoresolvequeriesandfinalisetechnicaldrawings.
ManageshippinganddeliverydatathroughourCRM.
Resolvedelivery,damage,ordesignissuesquicklyandprofessionally.

1+yearsinanadministrativeorcustomerservicerole.
Experienceinhomeinteriors,windowcoverings,oronlineretailisabonus(butnotessential).
