Customer Service Advisor – Bradford

Basic salary £24,700 + bonus (£4k–£6k) | OTE ~£30k Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm shifts | No weekends! Excellent benefits package

The role

As part of a brand-new team of multi-skilled Customer Service Advisors, you’ll:

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls about a range of financial products

* Deliver excellent service while also spotting opportunities to have sales conversations

* Put the customer at the heart of every interaction

* Uphold the highest standards in line with financial services expectations

This is a new and growing department - meaning plenty of opportunity for career progression as the team expands.

About you

* Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is essential

* Financial services experience is desirable, but not essential

* You’ll be confident, customer-focused, and motivated to deliver great results
