Salary: £24,785 Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid, 2 days WFH) Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Full-time, Permanent Position
Our client is now seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to provide high quality support to lenders, borrowers, and legal firms within a busy contact centre environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring service levels are met and customers receive a smooth, professional experience throughout the remortgage process. ________________________________________ The Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor: * Liaise with institutional lenders, borrowers, and legal firms in relation to remortgage applications * Respond to customer and stakeholder queries within agreed service levels * Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the remortgage process * Work closely with legal teams to ensure service standards and timescales are achieved * Liaise with financial institutions to obtain required information and documentation * Accurately input and update data on internal computerised systems * Deliver consistent, high quality customer service in a fast paced contact centre environment ________________________________________ The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor: Skills & Experience: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Previous experience in customer service * Experience working within a high volume environment * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Good data input and system navigation skills * Ability to manage tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure * Confident team player with the ability to work independently when required Personal Qualities: * Enthusiastic, flexible, and positive working attitude * Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service * Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation ________________________________________ The Successful Candidate Will Receive Excellent Benefits: * Opportunity to build a long term career within a growing global organisation * Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development * Exposure to a high performing, customer focused conveyancing operation ________________________________________
