Customer Service Advisor

to join a

small, friendly team

in a busy but supportive customer service environment. This is not a large call centre. Youll be part of a close-knit team, handling customer queries, processing orders, and working with a CRM system to deliver a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries

Processing customer orders accurately using a

CRM system

Managing customer queries from initial contact through to resolution

Updating CRM records and customer information with a high level of accuracy

Learning detailed

product knowledge

to confidently support customers

Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

Previous experience in

customer service, call centre, or order processing

Confident using a

CRM system

or similar customer databases

Comfortable handling customer calls and queries

Strong

attention to detail

and accuracy

Willing to learn and retain detailed product information

Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
