We are on the lookout for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Wrotham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a positive impact.
Role: Customer Service Advisor Location: Wrotham (Free parking on-site, you'll need to be a driver due to the location) Salary: £14.42 per hour Start: ASAP Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm (40 hours per week)
What You'll Do:
Make high‑volume outbound calls to residents in social housing to arrange engineer visits. Answer incoming queries and provide clear, polite updates regarding bookings and installation times. Coordinate schedules and ensure all appointment information is logged accurately. Work closely with engineers and internal teams to confirm availability and job details. Follow communication guidelines and handle sometimes challenging conversations professionally. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents feel supported and informed throughout the process.
What We're Looking For:
Confident on the phone and comfortable handling large volumes of calls. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work at pace and manage changing priorities. Previous experience in customer service, call handling or scheduling is desirable but not essential.
