Customer Service & Administrator This is a temporary role to cover a secondment until July 2026 Start date : Immediate Location: Cosham, Portsmouth Salary: £25300 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Flexibility required between 8:00am – 6:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and third parties Logging detailed and accurate information into internal systems Managing and prioritising multiple email inboxes Scheduling work and services to be completed on vehicles Updating spreadsheets, managing an electronic booking system, and processing data Providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient service for customers The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
