Acting as the first point of contact for customers, transport and warehouse teams Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally Monitoring email inboxes and acknowledging all enquiries and orders Processing customer orders and raising sales invoices using Xero Working alongside all areas of the business to ensure excellent service is delivered Carrying out general admin and ad-hoc support tasks as needed Processing customer sample orders, and posting Helpful extras Based in Barnwood Small team environment where your input makes a difference Growing national distributor with exciting plans for the future!!
