Benefits of the Administrator:
Monday to Friday. No weekend work. Full time hours Permanent role. Immediate starts. Between £25,000 - £26,000 Per Annum. Benefits Package. Standard Office Hours. Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
Handle and process customer orders and provide order progress updates as needed.
Generate invoices and assist the accounts team with any related queries.
Upload and maintain invoices.
Prepare and distribute weekly reports for customers in line with agreed schedules.
Communicate with customers via phone and email, ensuring enquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and within agreed service levels.
Manage customer complaints and product returns in line with company procedures and within agreed turnaround times.
Set up, update, and maintain accurate customer records.
Work closely with other teams in the business to support on-time and accurate customer support and experience.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, stationery management, and other office tasks.
Carry out additional ad hoc duties to assist the wider office and site teams.
