Job Introduction We are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our Toyota dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. We offer an excellent basic salary with OTE of £42,000 plus a company car. We are looking for a highly organised professional with up-to-date knowledge of financial products and campaigns. Role and Responsibilities Actively generate renewals leads and coordinate appointment bookings across the Toyota Group to drive vehicle sales using available systems and databases. Engage with customers through our live chat platform to manage incoming enquiries. Conduct daily prospecting, run campaigns within designated systems, and update KPIs and efficiencies consistently. Contribute to increasing the Dealerships retention rates and achieving set targets. Liaise directly with our client database, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Exceed internal and external customer expectations in line with company best practices. Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by your manager. About You Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous, however if you are able to demonstrate previous experience in a busy sales environment role full training will be provided.
