This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working as a UK Service Customer Care Trainee. Druck is a global technology company that designs, develops, manufactures, and services high-quality, accurate, and reliable pressure sensors, instruments, and software.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) at our Groby, UK site. This includes communicating with customers and Channel Partners via email or phone to understand the reason for their return and the nature of service requested, then raising all required documentation in our ERP system.

This role is suited for someone who is meticulously organized, comfortable balancing multiple tasks, and driven to improve processes. As a UK Service Customer Care Trainee for Druck, you will:

  1. Shadow in our manufacturing facility, service workshop, and ISO17025 calibration lab to understand product manufacturing, repair, and calibration processes.
  2. Provide support via phone, email, and web to Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers, and OEMs regarding warranty, quotations, turnaround times, and return authorizations.
  3. Assist with resolving invoicing issues through various communication channels.
  4. Collaborate with teams from Sales, Technical Support, and Service to resolve issues and improve processes.
  5. Maintain Customer Master Data and ensure compliance with security and export control policies.
  6. Ensure all transactions comply with BH policies and Druck export regulations.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, managing low-priority calls.
  8. Plan and manage daily/weekly tasks efficiently.
  9. Be adaptable and a team player, capable of covering workload changes.
  10. Possess basic computer literacy, including MS Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.
  11. Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement.
  12. Be motivated to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  13. Have a basic understanding of pressure and electrical instrumentation (preferred).
  14. Work well under pressure with high motivation.
  15. Be based within commuting distance to Groby, Leicester, UK.
  16. Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages are desirable.

This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site, with flexible hours available upon request (subject to manager approval).
