Customer Care Manager

CCP is looking for an experience Customer Care Manager / Customer Service Manager with proven contact centre leadership experience, ideally in an entrepreneurial DTC retail brand, preferably at startup, or during a period of aggressive growth.

Our client (a customer-centric DTC retail brand) is currently going through significant international expansion, setting up a new BPO partnership to deliver multilingual service for customers outside of the UK and US.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Elstree, Hertfordshire
Logistics: Hybrid (ideally 3-days in office)
Benefits: Bonus + Strong Benefits Package inc PMI
