Our client is currently recruiting for a Marina Labourer to join a busy and well-established marina in Marlow . This is a great opportunity for a reliable and conscientious Marina Labourer who is keen to learn a wide range of practical labouring tasks while working in a unique waterside environment. The successful Marina Labourer will support the day-to-day operations of the marina and assist with a variety of manual and site-based tasks. The role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, is happy working outdoors, and wants to gain experience within a marine setting. This is ongoing work paying £15.00 per hour , with the possibility of a temp-to-perm position for the right Marina Labourer . Key Responsibilities Carrying out general labouring duties around the marina

Assisting with maintenance and upkeep of marina facilities and walkways

Moving materials, equipment, and supplies across the site

Supporting skilled workers and marina staff with various practical tasks

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

Following all site health and safety procedures
