CRM Product Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Up to £70,000 London (4 Days Onsite)

We’re excited to partner with a dynamic and fast-growing professional services group that is investing heavily in optimising its internal systems. This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and play a key part in driving user adoption, process improvement, and digital transformation across the business.

As the CRM Product Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams to improve system engagement, embed best practices, and ensure the CRM supports business goals. Key responsibilities:

\n Drive user adoption and engagement with Microsoft Dynamics CRM \n

Lead onboarding, upskilling, and tailored training across business functions \n

Own and evolve the CRM product roadmap \n

Act as Product Owner for CRM: gather requirements and manage the development backlog \n

Translate business workflows into scalable and intuitive CRM features \n

Ensure CRM data quality, performance, and integration with other platforms (ATS, finance) \n

Define CRM best practices, documentation, and usage standards \n

Liaise with internal stakeholders, reporting to the CTO with a dotted line to the CFO \n

Experience & skills we’re looking for:

\n Strong experience owning and scaling Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a commercial environment\n \n

Proven success driving behavioural change and user engagement \n

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – from end users to execs \n

Hands-on approach – comfortable training users and managing day-to-day CRM issues \n

Strong understanding of business processes in professional services or consulting \n

Experience with Agile delivery and business process mapping \n

Must be a British or ILR holder (no dependent visa sponsorship) \n

Location:

Central London — 4 days in the office per week (no remote flexibility beyond 1 day)
