This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and play a key part in driving user adoption, process improvement, and digital transformation across the business.As the CRM Product Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams to improve system engagement, embed best practices, and ensure the CRM supports business goals.
