Let’s grow together …What You’ll Be DoingManage and implement CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain custo mers for Spring and Paragon brandsSupport upsell and cross-sell initiatives, collaborating with the CRM marketing managerSupport the execution and optimisation of customer journeys using Adobe Journey OptimiserBuild and analyse campaign performance using key metrics to identify improvementsContribute to customer segmentation and support the generation of regular performance reportsAbout YouWhat you’ll bring to the teamKnowledge and practical use of CRM too ls such as Adobe Journey Optimiser or Campaign, HubSpot, SalesforceBasic knowledge on customer segmentation, data analysis and campaign performance metricsUnderstanding of customer communications which increase engagement and retain customersStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborateProactive approach and willingness to learn and developEven if you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply.
