An award-winning, fast-growing UK retailer is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join its expanding marketing team. About the Role This role will focus on managing CRM channels, primarily email and SMS marketing. Youll play a key role within a busy marketing function, working closely with design, retail marketing, and digital teams to deliver engaging and effective CRM campaigns. The position covers the full CRM lifecycle

from campaign planning and briefing through to build, delivery, optimisation, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver CRM email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, including scheduling and deployment. Build, test, and deploy engaging email and SMS communications using a CRM platform (e.g. Klaviyo). Create and maintain targeted customer segments to improve relevance and campaign performance. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and optimisation opportunities. Produce clear and detailed briefs for internal and external creative teams to ensure campaigns meet brand and commercial objectives. Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement, running ongoing A/B testing to improve open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and automated journeys. Analyse data to optimise automated customer journeys and CRM flows to drive engagement and revenue. Support the wider CRM strategy alongside the CRM Manager across email, SMS, and push notification channels. Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaign messaging, timing, and objectives. Stay up to date with CRM best practice, emerging technologies, and compliance requirements, including GDPR. Person Specification At least 2 years experience in CRM or email marketing. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is desirable. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with responsibility for timely campaign delivery. Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt activity based on performance and sales data. Confident and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders across multiple teams.
